1. General

These terms apply to all users of the Do Art website, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products and Services

Do Art offers art supplies, stationery, custom printing, and laser cutting services. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We accept payment via Cash on Delivery, CliQ, and online payment gateways. Prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Custom Print Orders

Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of files and information submitted for printing. Do Art is not liable for errors in customer-supplied content. Custom print orders cannot be cancelled once printing has commenced. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within Jordan. Delivery fees are calculated based on location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Do Art is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Do Art website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Do Art and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Do Art is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

8. Limitation of Liability

Do Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jordanian courts.
