Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been processed yet. Orders with 'Pending' or 'Processing' status can be cancelled from your account dashboard. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the items upon delivery.
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above 50 JOD within Jordan. For orders below this amount, standard shipping fees apply based on your location. You can also choose store pickup as a free alternative.
Our custom printing service allows you to upload your documents, select paper size (A4, A3, Letter), choose color or black & white, specify number of copies, and add binding options. Upload your file, configure your preferences, and we'll prepare your prints for pickup or delivery.
