At Do Art, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all areas within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Delivery availability and fees may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Free delivery may be available for orders that meet a minimum order value as specified on our website.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Custom Print Orders

Custom print orders require additional processing time before shipping. The estimated production time will be communicated to you after your order is confirmed. Delivery time for print orders begins after the production process is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details. You can also track your order status through your account on our website.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery time. Do Art is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering. Do Art is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the standard estimated times.
