Refund and Returns Policy

At Do Art, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition, the item is in its original packaging, and you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom print orders once printing has begun, opened art supplies such as paints, inks, and markers, digital downloads, sale or clearance items, and items damaged due to misuse.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product with photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
